I was listening to the Radio about recycling batteries. The speaker mentioned that the shops who sell batteries are required to collect the 'used ones. He described the small blue boxes placed for our convenience as we pack our groceries etc. "They're like a Trocáire Box" I thought to myself, isn't wonderful that He presumes that everyone knows...
