Welcome come back! We greatly missed your participation in Church services over the past number of months and we are delighted to see you again.  However, some restrictions still apply.

  • Attendance in the church is restricted.
  • Wearing a face mask is strongly advised.
  • The obligation to attend Mass on Sundays is suspended.
  • Our experience of Mass will be different for many months yet.
  • Do your best not to block the doors entering and leaving.
  • Do your best to respect physical distancing.  Sanitize your hands when entering the church.
  • Please go to and remain in the place shown you by volunteer stewards.
  • There is no physical Sign of Peace until further notice.
  • Please leave patiently and promptly after Mass.
  • Try to keep the lighting of candles at shrines to private visits to your Church when it is open at times other than for Mass.

Remember that hand sanitiser can be flammable, so ensure your hands are completely dry before lighting candles.

However, it is still advised that those with underlying conditions and those who are considered vulnerable should not attend.

FACE MASKS are available to purchase from the Parish Office at a cost of €5 each (exact money please.)

Mass on Monday – Saturday inclusive will be at 10.00am.
Sunday Masses will be at 9.30, 10.45, 12.00.
For the time being, there will be no Vigil Mass on Saturday or Evening Mass on Sunday.

PARISH OFFICE – Access to the Parish Office is restricted to three people at any time (including Ruth), so please be patient and await entry.  Please wear a face mask when calling to the office or the sacristy.  Thank you.

We cannot pass the baskets along the seats for the collections and we would therefore ask that you drop a donation in the buckets at the back of the church.  We now have envelopes for the First and Second Collections, which you can take to support these collections, either weekly or monthly, if that is your preference.  Please put your name and address on the envelope, as these donations could qualify for a tax refund for the parish in due course.
Both these collections are for the Archdiocese of Dublin:
First Collection/Common Fund is for the support of priests (serving and retired) of both the parish and the Archdiocese.
Second Collection/Share is for assistance to needy parishes and support services provided to all parishes by the Archdiocese.
We thank those of you who have been contributing to the Church and Diocesan collections through the Donate Button on the website or by envelope during the closure.

Parishioners can now donate on-line to the parish via our website.  Just click on ‘Donate’ at the top of the page.  A brief summary of where your donation will go -

CHURCH MAINTENANCE - Your donation will go towards the general maintenance and upkeep of the church and grounds, e.g. church heat and light, decoration.
PASTORAL CENTRE FUNDRAISING - Your donation will go towards the reduction of the debt on our Pastoral Centre.
COMMON FUND (1st collection at Mass)
The Common Fund is a diocesan collection which supports the priests of our parish, sick and retired priests, priests in low-income parishes, and priests working in special ministries throughout our Diocese.
SHARE COLLECTION (2nd collection at Mass)
Share is a diocesan collection which provides essential pastoral services supporting all parishes. Share also provides support to low-income parishes and contributes to initiatives of the Irish Bishops’ Conference.
Donations of Easter Dues and Christmas Dues go to the diocese to support the priests of our parish, sick and retired priests, priests in low-income parishes, and priests working in special ministries throughout our Diocese.
